Issue 88: Weirdness with Firefox fullscreen mode
http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/detail?id=88

New issue report by byorgey:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open firefox and one other window (say, a terminal).
2. Put firefox into fullscreen mode (F11).
3. Close the other window so Firefox is the only window in the workspace.
4. un-fullscreen Firefox.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After being un-fullscreened, Firefox only uses whatever part of the screen
it used when the other window was still open, leaving the rest of the
screen ignored (e.g. it doesn't get repainted when switching from a
different workspace).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
bleeding-edge darcs, on Ubuntu feisty.

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm not sure if this is a problem with xmonad itself or one of the contrib
modules. ATM I'm using smartBorders (from NoBorders), ToggleLayouts, and
WindowNavigation. If others can't reproduce this error I can try
experimenting with removing various contrib modules to try to determine
which is the culprit.
