What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In the gnome-panel properties window "Auto-hide" checkbox is set.
2. Using keyborad or mouse move focus to any other window.
3. When gnome-panel auto-hides, it automaticly take focus.

I got this behavior after pull next changes:
