Issue 28: status bar windows shouldn't be movable
http://code.google.com/p/xmonad/issues/detail?id=28

New issue report by avi.rozen:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch xmonad with the dzen2 status bar (using run-xmonad.sh)
2. move status bar with mod-click and mouse

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
status bar should not move, but it does (run-xmonad.sh actually launches
two instances of dzen2, which can be moved independently)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest (21 Jun 07) darcs repository (xmonad and X11-extras), Debian "lenny" x86
