Issue 13: Windows not always hidden properly

Proposal to fix this is to pass doLayout the Stack representing tiled windows, and to
allow it to return a pair of just those windows visible, and any hidden. This should
fix fullscreen mode (it would be tall (Just 1), taking 1 focused window), and two
pane becomes trivial.
