[Xmonad] darcs patch: use a little more contrast in default tabs.

Hi all,

I certainly don't want to start a bikeshed discussion, but I felt that the
default tabs didn't have enough contrast for me to comfortably read them.
This patch increases that contrast. I would ask that this not be applied
unless it's approved by Andrea, who added these configuration options. But
it seems to me that for the default we'd like to err on the side of greater
legibility, and let folks with better eyes or better monitors customize
their Config to look nicer. (Otherwise I would simply have made this
change in my Config.)
