in the previous comment I was wrong: broadcastMessage works properly 
and the tab
windows get properly destroyed.

The problem is located in the bootstrap of the windowset when resuming: 
the tabs
related to windows located in the visible (but not current) workspaces 
get created in
the current workspace.

I hope to come up with a fix shortly.
