[xmonad] Input Methods and Hangul

Start it in your ~/.xinitrc or ~/.Xclients or ~/.Xsession or
whatever X init files your system use.  Be sure to setup
some environment variables properly, such as GTK_IM_MODULE
and XMODIFIERS.  And also make sure that the locale is
correct.
