Issue 40: Screen focus does not follow the mouse pointer

New issue report by SpencerJanssen:
When the mouse crosses screen boundaries, xmonad's screen/workspace focus
only changes when entering a window.

Other window managers solve this by establishing virtual root windows on
each Xinerama head and listening for EnterNotify events on these windows.
