[web-devel] Yesod developer meeting (IRC)

I think alternating between two different Sunday times will likely be
the best approach to make sure all timezones are equally represented.
Let's go with 1500 UTC this week and then figure out the alternate
time, possibly using a service like doodle.com as Hartmut suggested.
