[web-devel] "yesod devel" and sandbox'ed environment

Yes I did, and I thought this is not going to work anymore, as the
wai-handler-devel thing was replaced by "yesod devel". Hence I hoped for
some improvement here ;)

But nevertheless, I will give this a try, thanks!
