This is obviously a pun on the HaskellWiki page on monads:

They also seem to have duplicated at least part of the rest of the
HaskellWiki.  Compare:

While this doesn't seem to violate the HaskellWiki license (see
http://www.haskell.org/haskellwiki/HaskellWiki:Copyrights), it would
seem problematic if users searching the Web confused their content
with the real HaskellWiki content.  Perhaps a complaint should be
filed with their system administrator?
