Data.Graph transitive closure

If Iavor wants to adopt Data.Graph into his package, I'm fine with that.
I'm not exactly clear on what his package adds to the mix, but if it's not
my problem it's not my problem. GHC HQ needs to sign off on adding it as a
boot package, but its dependencies (base, array, containers) should make
that acceptable.
