adoption or NMU for arithmoi

dan, thanks for surfacing.

i can (with your permission, using my hackage trustee powers) add myself or
brent or dan to the arithmoi package uploaders group.

I do think arithmoi does need a benchmarking suite to justify some of the
current code it has, but thats a different project for another day :)
