The page http://projects.haskell.org/http/ referenced by
http://hackage.haskell.org/package/HTTP is quite outdated
(News 2009-01-20) and still references the issue tracker "trac-http" at
the bottom.

@Sigborn, could you please remove this reference (and maybe update other
problems)

Maybe an administrator can take down the unusable trac instance (above).

After all, HTTP is a platform package that deserves some maintenance.
