cabal install c2hs problem

Thanks for the prompt reply.  c2hs.exe is definitely on my path.
However, your comment prompted me to try running it manually, and I
discovered c2hs itself is what is giving the error.

So, it doesn't seem to be a cabal problem.  Thanks for your help.
