I'd like to report build breakage of hackage's tarball:
$ cabal unpack time-1.2
$ cd time-1.2
$ time-1.2:cabal configure
...
[sf] /tmp/y/time-1.2:cabal build
Preprocessing library time-1.2...
Building time-1.2...

Data/Time/Clock/TAI.hs:2:0:
     error: HsConfigure.h: No such file or directory

Distribution seems to lack some files.
