Cabal install error msg

Hi all,

 

I’m trying to do an install of OpenGL on Windows using Cabal

 

I type

 

>cabal.exe configure OpenGL

 

And get

 

sh: runProcess: does not exist (No such file or directory)

 

What’s the  cause?
