Hackage and darcs.haskell.org downtime

Galois Inc is moving premises tonight, which means all our servers will
be going offline in a few hours, physically moved several miles, and
will reappear on a new high speed connection sometime in the following
24 hours.

Expect up to 24 hours downtime for all systems hosted on 'monk',
including:

    hackage.haskell.org
    darcs.haskell.org

This will not affect:

    code.haskell.org
    www.haskell.org

After the move, expect much higher bandwidth to darcs.haskell.org :)
