Integrating editline with ghc

Unfortunately it seems that editline cannot currently be build on
Windows. I have tried to build the editline source from
http://www.thrysoee.dk/editline/ with MinGW/msys. Pdcurses could be
used instead of ncurses, but it also requires termios.h which MinGW
does not have.
