uploading tagged core/extra libs to hackage

X11 1.2.1 wasn't quite suitable for release (the Setup.hs isn't
compatible with old Cabal versions), so I've tagged X11 1.2.2 with
Igloo's blessing.  The patches are in the repo, waiting for a person
with a hackage account.
