  * New function isInfixOf that searches a list for a given sublist
  
  Example:
  
  isInfixOf "Haskell" "I really like Haskell." -> True
  isInfixOf "Ial" "I really like Haskell." -> False
  
  This function was first implemented in MissingH as MissingH.List.contains
