It looks like the compiler in ghc/compiler/ghc-inplace is out of date,
because it doesn't understand the OPTIONS_GHC pragma.  Perhaps you need
to rebuild in ghc/compiler.  Maybe you have sticky tags in part of your
source tree, or something?
