I've been having trouble posting to this list (but not the other 
Haskell-related lists) from gmane (NNTP gateway for mailing lists, see 
<http://gmane.org/> or connect to <nntp://news.gmane.org>). The two 
messages from me that turned up on the list out of order were messages I 
had to resend manually to the list address because gmane apparently 
dropped them.

But if you're reading this, the problem is fixed.
