bug in hPutPS

hPutPS (at least as packaged in ghc 5.04.2--I haven't yet tried with
5.04.3) fails when given an empty string with the error:

Action: hPutArray
Handle: {loc=<stdout>,type=writable,binary=False,buffering=none}
Reason: illegal buffer size 0

I guess maybe this is actually a bug in hPutArray (which I know nothing
about), but I'm sure that one should be able to output an empty string.
