[jhc] No rule to make target rts/rts/profile.h

Hi,

When trying to build jhc from darcs according to these instructions[1],
I get the error:

    $ make jhc
    make: *** No rule to make target `rts/rts/profile.h', needed by
    `src/RawFiles.hs'.  Stop.

Any suggestions?
