[jhc] Building from the tarball dependencies

Hello,

I compiled jhc 0.7.6 (0.7.6-3).
The instructions to build from the tarball at
http://repetae.net/computer/jhc/building.shtml give the following
dependencies:

GHC 6.12.1 or better
haskell library binary
haskell library zlib
haskell library utf8-string
haskell library readline
haskell library fgl

But, I also had to install regex-compat for it to build.
./configure didn't report a problem.
