  * Show both types when printing rules
  This turns up trouble with the Kleisli instance RULES. I guess if
  you copy and paste that stuff from Control.Arrow, or comment out the
  (->) stuff, you should see what I mean... anyway, the LHS type doesn't
  seem to match the RHS type.
