[jhc] New prebuilt libraries up

I have uploaded new pre-compiled libraries for jhc which you should use
if you grab up to the latest tag. 

I have been working on stability and bug fixing for a bit now, so jhc
should compile signifigantly more programs than it used to. my current
goal is to have all of 'nobench' compile out of the box and it is a lot
closer to that goal than it was a month ago. :)
