[Haskell-iPhone] ghc-ios build issue

Hi Robert,

Thanks so much for getting in touch!

Entirely my fault, too many extant GHC checkouts : ).

Just needed to cherry-pick a couple of commits to update dependencies.
I'm giving it a full workthrough now and I'll push as soon as it's
sorted.
