[Haskell-iPhone] GHC-iPhone v5 patches - Itimer problem fixed

Note: v5 is ready now. This fixes the problem I was having with 
setitimer interfering with the Objective-C stuff. I re-implemented 
Itimer.c using a pthread.

My next task will be to get this onto github. After that I'll get a real 
Haskell-based OpenGL skeleton app going.
