[Haskell-iPhone] building LLVM 3.0 on OSX 10.8

I used --all-targets and --use-llvm just like installing the latest. If you
"brew info" on the 3.0 formula URL, it'll show the formula options, too.

(What does --use-llvm do, anyway, when you've just removed and are
installing llvm? :P)
