Beginner needs tutorial

Sorry; I seem to have gotten in too late on this one.  Still, I really 
enjoyed "Haskell: The Craft of Functional Programming," by Thompson.  I 
liked that there were plenty of exercises to try out yourself, which 
makes all the difference in the world for me.
