hugs set-up problem

Hi there,

have a look at

 http://support.microsoft.com/directory/article.asp?ID=KB;EN-US;q308357

which claims that this error might be caused by one strain of the
Nimda virus. My initial suggestion would be to try to follow the steps
there & re-install the MSI run-time.
