Hugs for Macintosh 2001/11/19

Hans,

As always, you and everybody else are welcome to submit bugfixes 
and enhancements to the main distribution, for the benefit of 
all Hugs users.  The diff you're describing below sounds like an 
ideal patch to apply to the cvs sources.
