Comment (by briansmith):

 The reason I run the installer as an administrator is so I can install it
 into C:\Program Files. My normal user account does not have write
 permissions to C:\Program Files\*.

 The "Install for All Users" option is helpful for administrators that are
 installing products in labs or on shared computers.
