If the only changes to this build are Win32 package update, then it
makes sense to wait for these things if they are also useful for Win32
users, please email me when you are happy with Win32 and ready for it
to go.

The build is reasonably well automated, but it needs a little bit more
work before its one click and go. However, I really should do that
work, so I'll try and get it down to one click and then I'll put up
some new binaries.
