[Hugs-bugs] FD handling unaware of overlap resolution?

It should probably be the only option - if users want formatting they
probably want full colour like HsColour. I've added this to the
WinHugs bugs page:

Is Hugs going to get a trac reporting thingy at some point, since all
the other Haskell projects seem to have them and I'm getting jealous
