[Hugs-bugs] Fatal error

Hi,
I have installed Hugs98 Nov2003 on Windows XP.
WinHugs opens with the message:

Hugs mode: Restart with command line option +98 for Haskell 98 mode

ERROR ".\Prelude.hs" - Module "Hugs.Prelude" already loaded
Hugs.Prelude>


Moreover, when I try to load a .hs file, a fatal error occurs and the
aplication is closed inmediatly.
I have uninstalled, download again and installed again. The problem persist.

Please, could you help me.
