[Hugs-bugs] problem with winhugs

[K, W, Armstrong]

I am using Windows ME. When I attempt to start WinHugs the window opens and gives an error message of " ERROR - a closing quote, ' " '  , was expected". Also a windows dialog box appears and says "Fatal error: unable to load prelude".

Hugs itself works fine. I have tried reinstalling (and with new downloads) but it makes no diference.
