MAXPATHLEN issue

In a recent thread, it's mentioned that Hugs should ideally support
arbitrarily long file names:

Perhaps we could put a bandaid on it with a #define of MAXPATHLEN as
suggested in the Debian bug report:

Hurd could use some Hugs after all :)
