problems

Have loaded hugs98 onto my pc, have written a program in notepad tried to
load program within hugs but comes up with error message unable to open file
c:\remall, to open file iv'e been typing :l c:\remall or :l c:\remall,hs,
any suggestions would be gratefully recieved.
