Corrupted files?

I've been trying to download and install Hugs 98.  However the .msi
and .hlp files are reported as corrupt.  I'm downloading using Netscape
4.7 and installing on NT 4 SR 6 using the installer version 1.2 that you
point to for installing .msi files.
