modules & functional dependencies?

What a very skillfully wrought bug report!  It uncovered no less than three 
bugs in the handling of classes with superclasses that have fundeps. which is 
obviously not a very deeply explored aspect of functional dependencies ;-)

This is all fixed in the upcoming release.
