Win32 library on Hugs download page is out of date

The Win32 library on the Hugs download page

  http://www.cse.ogi.edu/PacSoft/projects/Hugs/pages/downloading.htm

is out of date and bears little resemblance to that in the CVS repository.
This is causing repeated problems for users of the graphics library.

A more current version can be found in 

  http://haskell.org/graphics/downloads/Win32.zip

Can you please, please, please, replace the old copy with the above?

(Or build your own from the CVS tree. Or just delete the link.)
