[HOpenGL] HOpenGL install help

Hi Chris,

If you use a newer version of GHC (>= v6.4 or so) you
shouldn't need to install OpenGL, and should be able
to just do:

ghc --make test.hs



-- test.hs:

import Graphics.Rendering.OpenGL
import Graphics.UI.GLUT

main = do
  _ <- getArgsAndInitialize
  createWindow "Hello World"
  displayCallback $= display
  mainLoop

display = do
  clear [ColorBuffer]
  flush
