Andre, Ron was definitley right, the opengl package is the one you need. i just checked at: http://www.cygwin.com/packages/opengl/opengl-1.1.0-5-src that link gives a full listing of all the files in the cygwin opengl package and shows that it does indeed provide all the GL and glut stuff you need..
