[Haskell] Haskell Implementors' Workshop - Change of date

This year the decision has been taken to combine together Haskell
Implementors' Workshop and Haskell Symposium.

Therefore the workshop will now take place on the dates September 6/7 (the
dates of the Haskell Symposium).
