All,

We are starting a research project to build out a solution for the
requirements contained in the attached RFP.

We will use the following technologies:

http://happstack.com/index.html

https://launchpad.net/drizzle

Documentation will be done using http://moodle.org/ and
http://www.blender.org/

The solution willl be built by students and we will use the IBM z9 mainframe
offered by:
