available for your reading pleasure [1].

Issue 15 consists of the following four articles:

    * "Adventures in Three Monads" by Edward Z. Yang
    * "The Operational Monad Tutorial" by Heinrich Apfelmus
    * "Implementing STM in pure Haskell" by Andrew Coppin
