[Haskell] Please help me to reconstruct the Yarrow website! Re: New haskell.org server

Folks, the old Haskell server is now online at oldhaskell.cs.yale.edu.  Given all of the concern about the migration, and the approaching vacation/holiday season, I think it makes sense to go back to Plan A: the old server will remain up until Jan 31, 2011.
